Can I use heat without massage?
Yes. Heat works independently at 95°F, 104°F, 113°F, or 122°F (35–50°C).
Do I need conductive gel?
No. This version does not include or require gel. For massage, place the inner contact area against clean, healthy skin and follow the English user guide.
How long does one charge last?
Approximately 60 minutes depending on your settings and use. A full charge takes about four hours.
Why does it stop after 10 minutes?
Every operating mode has a fixed 10-minute automatic session. Restart only if it remains comfortable and follows the supplied instructions.
Can I use it on my lower back?
Yes. The belt can also be positioned around the lower back for general warmth and relaxation.
What’s included in the box?
One Lunaemi belt, one detachable controller, one extension strap, one USB-C charging cable, and one user guide.
How do I clean it?
Detach the controller first. Wipe the belt with a clean cloth lightly dampened with water, then let it dry fully. Keep the controller dry and never immerse the product.
